The KinesteX app provides the user (hereinafter referred to as You, Your) with personalized training plans and exercises, and supports KinesteX talks to you during your workout, points out exercise mistakes, motivates you to reach your fitness goals, and helps you track calories burned and exercise reps completed. Please Please read this User Agreement (Agreement) carefully before using the KinesteX Application.This Agreement sets out the terms of use of the KinesteX Application, and your use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must immediately terminate use of the Application.
