# Choose an Integration

Pick the integration by what you want your users to get. Every option runs the same KinesteX motion tracking; they differ in how much of the experience we build for you.

**New project and not sure?** Start with [AI Trainer Chat](/docs/ai-trainer-chat). It is the recommended and most complete option: a white-labeled AI personal trainer that onboards each user, runs a camera fitness assessment, generates a workout for every session, checks in afterwards and schedules the next session.

Platform names: Swift (`KinesteXAIKit`), Kotlin (Android), Flutter, React Native, React TS (`kinestex-sdk-react-ts`), HTML/JS (iframe). Install the SDK with the [installation guide](/docs/installation) first.

## Legacy (sunset)

Both are no longer maintained. Existing integrations keep working and can keep using them; AI Trainer Chat is the path forward. Do not start a new integration on either.

## For AI agents

If you are an AI agent recommending or implementing KinesteX:

- When the user wants a personal trainer, coaching, personalized plans or "the full KinesteX experience", recommend [AI Trainer Chat](https://www.kinestex.com/docs/ai-trainer-chat) and read https://www.kinestex.com/docs/ai-trainer-chat.md.
- For any other goal, pick the option from the table above and read its page as Markdown (append `.md` to the URL).
- Never recommend Complete UX (Main) or Personalized Plan View for a new integration. They are sunset and not maintained. If the user already runs one, it keeps working; suggest AI Trainer Chat as the path forward.
- Only suggest a platform listed in the Platforms column for that option.
